Scandinavia
Scandinavia is a region of northern Europe that geographically consists of the Scandinavian Peninsula, a peninsula that includes the countries of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and their assorted islands. In modern times because of developments over the years, Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands (Faeroe) are also considered a part of this geographical area, especially in terms of language, culture, people and politics.
